With fall just around the corner we are eagerly waiting for temperatures to dip below 80 to pull out our favorite fall looks. To get you hyped for the next season we are showing you pre-fall outfits that you can buy RIGHT now at both locations. Our stores are filled to the brim with sweaters and fuzzy knits, so check out what we just received and how we styled them below!
I am super excited about this weeks styled look because fall is my absolute favorite time of the year! The air freshens up, the leaves on the trees change into vibrant colors, the endless amounts of delicious apple and pumpkin spiced treats, and of course all of the fun activities that this time of year brings. One of my favorite things to do during fall is walking around midtown, we probably live in one of the best towns for tree gazing during autumn time. Strolling midtown while visiting unique shops to meeting up with friends at chic bars their are always things to get out of the house and enjoy during this beautiful season. Sacramento is simply gorgeous this time of year.
The outfit that I chose was styled for walking and exploring midtown. I picked a cozy light beige sweater and paired it with a pair of burnt burgundy linen shorts. Let me just say that this sweater is so soft and cozy. It dawns a dolmen shape that adds to its coziness which is why I think that its been a top seller for us. The shorts that I paired with the top has a tie waist and are very flattering. I love the tucked in sweater look right now so I chose to do so, its a great reminder that shirts aren't the only tops that you can tuck in!
I accessorized my outfit with a triple layer necklace and a pair of gold earrings. The necklace is really cool because its basically three separate necklaces in one. You can achieve a very intricate look with very little maintenance, you just clasp it and go! The earrings are also really interesting because they are not quite hoops but full front facing warm toned circles. The large circles have a hammered gold finish which makes them look handmade and artistic and I love that unique style. That concludes my Styled By RIRE look of the week, I hope that you enjoyed it!
Eeeeep! Fall is right around the corner, well at least hopefully, not so sure Sacramento weather is agreeing with that though. Oh well, a girl can dream! Fall is so fun to dress for because you get to layer!
For my outfit I chose this white sweater. I'm not kidding you when I say it is the most comfortable sweater. And it's cute so it's a win win. I chose to layer it with a long black vest and light distressed jeans. The vest is perfect because it't thin and lightweight, which makes it perfect to layer over a chunkier sweater. I love the lighter jeans with this outfit because it makes the white and black stand out.
To accessorize this outfit I chose to keep it pretty simple. I added a grey hat, because hats are easily one of my favorite ways to accessorize an outfit. I also chose a very dainty and thin silver necklace. I didn't want anything too big, like a statement necklace because I wanted the vest and hat do most of the talking for my outfit.
Here's to all of us wanting to dress for fall! It's close friends, so close.
Fall is right around the corner and I am so ready for it! I love the summer heat, but there's nothing like bundling up in your favorite sweater and being cozy all day long! During the fall season there's no wrong time of day to be outside and the outfit options are endless!
I always love keeping a nice basic look because it gives me flexibility of all the activities I can partake in! I wore an edgy camouflage jacket and it it definitely speaks volumes for my whole outfit! Camo wear brings any outfit to the next level. I wore a plain black knot t shirt because it obviously goes with everything and finished my outfit with a dark pair of distressed jeans. This whole outfit keeps me warm enough yet not too hot, to enjoy the cool temperature this season brings!
I accessorized with marble ball bracelets and a gold "Brave" key necklace to add more style to my outfit, yet still keeping it simple. This is an outfit I could wear anywhere! Pumpkin patch, drive inns, haunted houses; the list can go on!
I can't believe it's September already! This week's theme is a "Pre -Fall" look. I don't know about you, but I'm super excited to wear jeans again. I absolutely love these dark wash flares and that they are making a comeback! I will always love my skinny jeans, but there is something so fresh and different to me with flares. They are also super flattering for any shape!
This particular pair was a little long on me, so I was able to get away with wearing some cute booties with a slight heel. Still loving this 70's vibe! And of course, the boots are more fall appropriate than sandals. I wanted to feel comfortable, so I paired the jeans with a loose fitted top that's slightly cropped. The knotted detail on this tee is so cute and adds something special to a basic white shirt.
I'm really into hoop earrings lately! The hammered detail on this pair is unexpected and unique. This simple gold cuff complimented the earrings really well without being too flashy. I threw on a patterned brown belt to tie in with my boots and give the outfit a little more structure. I can't forget my sunnies! Aviators are my favorite and a staple in my wardrobe. They truly look good on any face shape and never go out of style.
I'm so happy Fall is finally on it's way! I can't wait to round up my kiddos and take them to the Pumpkin Patch. We look forward to our trip every year. We started a new tradition last year of painting our pumpkins instead of carving them, and they loved it! Hopefully my outfit gives you some ideas of an easy transitional look. I'd totally wear this to the Pumpkin Patch!
We hope you're just as excited for fall as we are!
Thanks for visiting this week and we hope to see you next time!
